GM-1800 Foam Cookies Skiving Machine is updated model of our foam cookies skiving machines on Oct. 2012.
Function: Foam Bra Inserts Skiving Machine is with bandknife and bakelite template to trim foam or fiberfill to get the material with thinner edge and can cut foam sheet to get foam cup cookies(pieces) for making push-up foam bra cups.
Features:
1. Replacing different matched moulds to produce different products. It is also used for slicing the foam sheets for secondary-processing bra cups.
2. Equipped with the band knife, smooth rotation, easy to adjust and handy to replace the templates.
3. The blades can be automatically restored to keep sharp so as to ensure the qualified products.
4. The band knife belt moves automatically with a linear motion to cut the foam sheets separately on the left and right molding templates. Such machine has high productivity and its cutting speed can be adjusted freely.
